I have collected over 150 scripture songs over the years and learned 150 verses just that easy. The songs here are the ones I composed myself with a few from my friend Donna Cameron. I love the word of God in song for many reasons, the most important being that they are another way for the word to stay in my heart at all times. The ones I present here are without music, for I am not a musician. I had these put to piano at one time by Donna, but was it was not a good quality recording. What I decided to do was just sing these songs and let you put your music to them if you like. These songs are the result of my asking God to help me put some melodies together to match his words. He did this for me, and I hope you are blessed by them. I don’t claim to be a singer either, but when it comes to singing his words, I’ll gladly sing unto him as he commanded me and all of us. I did not change any words of the Bible as you probably know by now. You might even ask the Lord to give you some melodies out of his words. It is a great way to honor him and his words. Dear Steve,
I’m enjoying your book “Where’d That Come From?”. I wondering if a saying “Head for the hills” comes from Genesis 19:17
As soon as they had been brought outside, he was told: “Flee for your life! Don‘t look back or stop anywhere on the Plain. Get off to the hills at once, or you will be swept away.â€
Thank you for your book and for considering my suggestion.
Larry.
Thanks for the kind words. Are you reading my version of the book online on my site? It is the original, unedited version which is much better and free. Yes, I considered that phrase as “run to the hills”.
Dear Steve Brother in Christ your videos explanation about One God and his name are excellent, but above all correct according to The Holy Bible. I hope that you will be not against it as I put some of your video copy from youtube on my website. Not because I didn’t believe in One God (as I don’t believe pagan and apostate christianity Trinity) but to help in this last generation direct people to correct understanding, where is eternal life and that this name is not Jehovah Yahweh etc… in place of tetragrammaton YHWH but Jesus (true Jesus) not idol on crucifixes. I received also correct water baptism by immersion according to Acts 2:38 more than 27 years ago.
God Bless you and your family
